summer sun

I love the days when you know summer is coming. I know I'm skipping spring - but I can't help it. The sunlight streaming into our office today made me so happy! I decided to be inspired and pick my favorite reflective metal...perfect for the sun to heat up!

Happy Wednesday!

watermelon tod's

Ahhh! I love these Tod's by Jefferson Hack's lace up boots. The color is appropriately called watermelon. Sadly, they are currently sold out! Maybe they'll get more in soon...

jefferson hack tod's suede desert boots, $545

First fell in love with flat lace up boots after I tried on these leopard Steve Madden boots. Paired with skinnies they are adorable. Trust me!

steve madden damiann, $89.95
(I feel like the angle is a bit odd and the toe looks
uber long, but trust me it's normal.)

Would you wear flat, lace up boots?

beach ready

Who can say no to strapless? Don't get me wrong - I'm a full fledged advocate of bikinis, but some of these one pieces are gorgeous. I mean, NGL (not gonna lie) I want to just pair some of these with a gorgeous skirt and head out on the town...

camilla & marc, $240
zinke, $132
yves saint laurent, $750

tori praver, $145

miu miu, $245

jets, $315

norma kamali, $350

Although I don't have any beach vacays planned just yet. All I can say is I plan to have at least one of these in my suitcase when I do.

Would you wear a strapless one piece?

TTH: NYC APT

My girl crush returns in a feature on Vogue.com. Check out Taylor Thomasi Hill's NYC apartment here. Figured I would highlight a fabulous fellow Texan on Texas Independence Day!

I've been back and forth on the leopard jean trend - I think they're a go!

Happy Saturday!!

mignon kitchen co.

Mignon Kitchen Co. is the cutest little kitchen website. It is run by the talented Rachel of elephantine. She blogs, writes short stories and has a kitchen and jewelry site. Um...I feel a little behind, but I will fully support her over-achieversness (I know this isn't a word) by shopping at her adorable kitchen store. Here are my favorite picks below:

you had be at fig

fun and flirty polka dots

nougat, dark chocolate, carmel and sea salt -
yep the gangs all here

this heart has stolen my heart

What would you pick from Mignon?
